Shipping Time

At SpaceKee, we collaborate with reliable shipping partners to deliver your items quickly, economically, and securely. For US customers, 95% of our orders arrive within 3-5 working days after processing.

Unlike many other stores that ship from overseas (EU and China), we dispatch all orders from our US-based warehouses, ensuring faster delivery times.

Order Processing

We strive to process all orders within the same day, or the next business day if placed after the cut-off. Our standard processing time is 1 business day.

In cases where further clarification is needed (e.g., incorrect shipping address), we will contact you immediately. Please note that this may result in a slight delay in shipping.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you an email with your unique tracking ID and easy-to-follow instructions to track your package in real-time. Stay informed and know exactly when your order will arrive!

Lost or Delayed Items

While rare, if your order is lost in transit, we’ve got you covered. All our shipments are insured, and we will either issue a refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.

However, if proof of delivery is provided by our delivery partners (e.g., a signed receipt or delivery confirmation photo), we are unable to offer compensation.
