Refund & Returns Policy

15 Days Full Refund

We offer a 15-day return/refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund. To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@spacekee.com and follow the provided instructions.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item in damaged condition, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide a picture of the damaged item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and include all barcodes and tags. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required; please provide your Order Number or the email used when ordering.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spacekee.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary based on your location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
